Happy Friday Everyone!

I know, I know, I've been MIA. Haven't had much time this week to do much of anything except shop and do errands. Before you get all excited, it's mostly been grocery shopping. Seems my pantry got a little low with me being sick for over a week! (I still have a cough that won't go away) So, it was off to Walmart, Costco, Trader Joe's, the pharmacy, the Vet and of course, Marshalls (twice) and HomeGoods.
As for home projects, I am still working on the inside of my oldest daughter's armoire:

Because it looked like this inside!

The girl has a walk in closet, but it is overflowing with her over 200 tops, 50 pair of shoes, numerous dresses, handbags and scarves! I needed to organize the armoire so some of her 200+ tops would fit in here and be accessible.

It will definitely be ready to show you on Sunday evening for Metamorphosis Monday and DIY Project Parade, so I hope you will stop by and see it.

Hope you have a great weekend!

  1. Looks like a bit of a project! Ahh... I miss my daughter and all the "stuff" that came along with her being around! It goes by too quickly!

  2. Good luck, can't wait to see it on Monday. I have been traveling for the last three weeks and I am trying to catch up on thing. I did manage to get out a post yesterday. Please come by for a visit.
    have a blessed Thanksgiving. Ginger

  3. Glad you are feeling better! The cough thing has been bad in our area. My neighbor is a doctor and said it has really been going around. Take care!

  4. I will wait patiently for you post. and I will show it to my daughter too. oh all daughters are same..isn't? Its nice to hear that you are feeling better, cough always take so long to go...
hope soon you will be perfectly alright.. Amen

  5. Wow...I barely remember the days of having that many clothes and shoes. Motherhood definitely changed my wardrobe, lol.
