Yummy Peach Cobbler

A few days ago, a friend of ours gave us a whole bagful of peaches from a well known peach stand. Ya'll know it's peach season here in the South don't you? They are so sweet and juicy and oh, so tasty!
Our daughter asked her daddy to make her a peach cobbler... and so he did.
I found a great recipe on Pinterest. Here's the link from One Hungry Mama.

Mr. Fanatic cut up the peaches and I measured out all the ingredients. It came out really well.

Right after I served myself up some and put whipped cream on it, our daughter came home with some vanilla ice cream. The combination is a classic.
The peach cobbler tasted even better the next day!

Now back to my low(er) carb diet!
What are you making this weekend?
Please share!

  1. We live right in the middle of peach fields peach country. I make peach crumbles frequently with oatmeal-no real recipe. Your cobbler looks yummy.

  2. I'm not a big peach eater except when it's cobbler & this one looks soooo good.

  3. This looks heavenly! I think I'll be making something with cherries!

  4. Looks great....the peaches are so delicious now...and why does something always tastes better the next day?
I guess it is because all the flavors have more time to set in...Have a great day!

  5. This looks SO delicious... and wouldn't you know it, but I have a bowl of overripe peaches. I may have to make this tonight!

  6. Oh that looks delicious! Peaches don't grow where I live, but we make something similar with rhubarb instead.

  7. I have been looking for a really good peach cobbler recipe for some time now . . . I think I may have just found it. Yippy! I am your newest follower. Please be kind and visit . . . you may decide to just follow me back. I would be honored. Have a marvelous day, Connie :)
