Christmas Vignettes

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.
As I write this, snow flurries are falling! We aren't expected to get much more than that, but it is always fun to see a few flakes fall.
Definitely puts you in the Christmas spirit.

We finally got our big Christmas tree this weekend and decorated it today. I also put together a few vignettes around the house. Here's one that is in the kitchen. This is my very first cloche.
Can you believe it?
So many of you in blogland have some really wonderful ones. I would love to find a wood stand. The stand below is one of my glass cake stands.

Vignette on the foyer table...

Here are a few Christopher Radko glass ornaments. These are in the bookcase in the Living Room.

This one is one of my favorites.

Here's the living room table...

I gave these Muffy Van der Bear Christopher Radko ornaments to my girls when they were little.

There's my snowmen!

And, here's the big tree in the Family room!

I have a smaller tree in the living room, but I still haven't put a garland on it yet.
Still, I feel so much better now that the big tree is decorated.
Now, if I could just get everyone together for a photo for our Christmas card.

Hope you have a great week!

  1. Hi Pam! Tis the season, I can't believe we have flurries. The boys were hoping for more. Love your tree, and your pretty ornaments, it sure is looking festive there too!

  2. Great tree, Pam. I bet is smells heavenly. Great ornaments.

  3. Hi Pam! Your Christmas decor looks just so beautiful and I love the little bird's nest under the cloche. The cloche is gorgeous too! Good first choice! :-)

  4. Hi Pam, your cloche is looking so cute and different from some other cloches, really really like it very much .I don't know either it is your Christmas decoration or not but its lovely...
Tree looks great. Wish you and your family a very happy Christmas

  5. The little bird cloche is adorable. Your ornaments are so cute!

  6. No flurries here! Boo! It sure is cold though! Your ornaments are beautiful. You have such a great collection. Your big tree is just gorgeous too.

  7. Everything is so pretty! Love your Mickey ornaments. We're leaving Thurs. to go visit Mickey!! Thanks for the well wishes for my FIL. The surgery is going well so far.

  8. Beautiful tree and beautiful vignettes, Pam!..Christine

  9. Beautiful tree and your little kitchen vignette is so gorgeous!!!

  10. Pam, You did really, really well putting together your first cloche. I like a nature theme- it goes so well all year 'round. Your collection of Radco is lovely, as are your vignettes. I especially like that "tile" in the entryway. Is it metal or plaster? I have few "Old World" glass ornaments, but I not many, since I tend towards themed trees. Thanks for sharing part of your collection. :-)

  11. How pretty! I LOVE how you've featured so many of your ornaments on stands. That is so smart.

  12. Love the big tree! Glad you got it done! It's a big job.... I love my Radco ornaments too, they are special. Happy Holidays! Liz
