Lunch Date In Charlotte

Happy Friday everyone! 
Just though I'd pop in to let you know I guest posted over at Ruth's blog over at Flower Forums.
I also wanted to share a couple of photos taken yesterday of my friend Susan and I in uptown Charlotte.
 We've know each other since elementary school and were great friends in high school. We haven't seen each other in 14 years~ she lives in Colorado and I live in NC. She happened to be in town for a meeting, so we got together for lunch.

Susan was my maid of honor in my wedding 26 years ago. My, how time flies.

We picked up right where we left off, just as if we had just seen each other last week. We're hoping to get together on our next trip to SoCal.

    So great that you were able to meet up with her friend! My BFF lives in Colorado too...We have known each other for more years than I want to disclose!! When she and her hubby moved to Colorado, we moved to NC the very next week!....as a matter of fact, Jane at Cottage at the Crossroads featured her on Friday. She has a Friday non-bloggers feature....

    Again, glad you had a wonderful time...I am sure she is such a special part of your life!...Have a great weekend!
