Hello Friends!
I’m serious
Do you see it?
Do you see it now?
I’m talking about that white and grey grab bar on the tub.
We have a huge tub that’s kind of awkward to get into and I always felt like I was going to slip and fall as I stepped in.
Wouldn’t THAT be embarrassing ... to have to call 911 and say "help!, I’ve fallen and I can’t get up...and not have a stitch of clothing on?
Well, I ordered a couple of these bars and now getting into the tub isn’t a death defying act.
Ok, now I’m being dramatic.
But, seriously.
How many of you have kids or an older person visit or maybe you’re pregnant and a little wobbly and could use some help?
The great thing about it is that it’s not permanent and can be moved or put away by flipping those two tabs.
The grab bar can be easily moved at “installed” to another area. It works on tiles 4” or larger. It won’t work on subway tiles. We have 4” tiles at our mountain cottage and even though the 2nd suction cup doesn’t have a good grip, the other one does and is still helpful. It can’t be used on drywall.
There you have it!
A small, piece of lifesaving equipment that costs less than $10 (at the time of this writing) and takes less than a minute to install!

That’s a great idea. My mom has one for her older porcelain tub and holds on really well! I never thought about getting one for myself but that’s a smart thing to do!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great idea! I sometimes soak in my big tub so long I have no energy left!
