Hello everyone!

Who couldn't use more storage in a bedroom?
Especially, in your kids bedrooms?!!!
When our girls were little, they always seemed to need more space for their stuff than they had even though we purged and cleared out stuff regularly throughout the year.

If you're like me, you like to keep organized and while having space in a basement or attic is wonderful to store your stuff, sometimes it's much more convenient to have space available right where you need it.

That's where a double duty storage bed is awesome to have. (Mr. DIY and I made one for the upstairs bedroom our tiny mountain can find it HERE if you missed that post)

Hometalk asked me to put together a board for Double Duty Storage Beds.
Some of these are quite clever.
You can find the board with a lot more ideas and notations HERE.

If you don't know about Hometalk, it's "the largest home and garden knowledge hub on the web. It's fueled by the first hand experience and advice of hundreds of thousands of home enthusiasts and professionals"

Hometalk is a great source for diy and other home projects.

So, head on over to see the whole board on Double Duty

  1. I've been meaning to check out Hometalk, Pam. I just get so busy with keeping my blog going that I never make it. Guess I better mend my ways. (I do love your mountain cottage bed, as you know.) Hugs, Nancy

  2. Thank you so much for including our bed in your Hometalk board. :)
